Data Processing and GDPR Compliance

Tempus Tally SL processes personal data in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Tempus Tally SL acts exclusively as a data processor on behalf of its customers. As a general rule, no personal information is collected when visiting the website, and no marketing, analytics or tracking cookies are used. Only a technical and strictly necessary session cookie is used for user login.

All data is processed and hosted exclusively within the EU, including in Denmark.


Contact Form

When using the contact form, the entered information is processed solely for the purpose of responding to the specific inquiry. The information is not used for marketing or other purposes.

Tempus Tally SL has a data processing agreement that can be sent upon request. Customers can request the agreement via the contact form. The data processing agreement describes the processing of personal data and the rights of data subjects under GDPR.

We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction or alteration.


Complaint to Supervisory Authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency if you believe that the processing of your personal data does not comply with GDPR.
