Terms and conditions for using Tempus Tally
Contracting Party
This agreement is entered into between you as a user and:

By using our service, you accept these terms.
Service Description
We provide a SaaS-based time tracking service that allows you to register and manage working hours and time tracking on tasks. The service is provided “as is” and we reserve the right to update and change functionality.
User Obligations
- You may only use the service for lawful purposes
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You may not share your account with others without our consent
- Accounts are personal and may not be shared by multiple users without our consent
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
Payment and Subscription
Payment is made in advance for each subscription period. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to the service. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time and unused subscription will be refunded to you. We can terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice or immediately in case of breach - e.g. non-payment. Upon termination, access is retained until the end of the paid period.
Your Data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the system. We process your data in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR. Upon termination, your data is deleted after 90 days.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum permitted under Danish law. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of earnings or similar. Our maximum liability cannot exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the past 12 months.
Support and Availability
We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability. Support is provided during normal business hours on weekdays. We reserve the right to scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
Changes to Terms
We may change these terms with 30 days’ notice. If you continue to use the service after the changes take effect, you accept the new terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by Danish courts with Copenhagen as the venue.
Right of Withdrawal
As a business customer, you do not have a right of withdrawal. As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from entering into the agreement, unless you have expressly waived this right by starting to use the service.
